From the ones I have seen, yes you can. I think they have to remove them every day or couple of days to wash and dry off and usually powder the area.
This model has a urethral tube, so you can pee fine. But yes, it has to come off quite frequently to clean and let the cock's skin "air dry" and the urethra "rest". Very difficult to get used to.
